From Boone take 421 east       toward Wilkesboro - about ten miles)
Turn Left of 221                        at light next to closed Shell station and go about twelve miles)
Turn Right on 163                     first red light at West Jefferson) and go 4 miles
Turn Right on Nettle Knob      Citgo gas station on left)
Turn Left on Holiday               dirt road at top of hill next to drive with  fence - go left at immediate fork - that is Chestnut Rd.)
Turn Left on Old Colony         (first left, short road that dead ends and turns into Monticello)
Turn Right on Monticello        (follow windy road through first red gate - you will then pass three houses on the right, road will appear
                                                    to end at green house, but makes sharp right down a hill and then a left up to our gate)
Follow road about a half mile to the building site past our gate.

We have experience an inordinate amount of rain this last month.  This has caused havoc on our road into the property.  If you see that it is muddy, please park near the gate on the grass and walk into the building site.  Thank you.
