Although this land has been timbered, it has already rebounded and has excellent potential for future growth and harvesting. Many areas are suitable for farming, pastures, regrowth of timber, orchards, and a portion is ideal for a cozy placement of summer cottages or second homes. The entire land area has been studied and a plan has been created to utilize the land to its maximum potential and privacy. We are anticipating placement of no more than twelve homes with a lot size of approximately 1 acre each to assure privacy and seclusion. Land surrounding the homes will become community property upon completion of the village. The land area encompasses approximately 45 acres continguous with the 25 acre farm. Home owners and their guests will have free access to the full 70 acres via hiking trails and walking paths.
Lot pricing starts at $30,000. Land values have tripled in this area in the last three years and are expected to double again by 2006.
